We review your business, target audience, announcement, intended markets, and the pages you want readers to visit. We also check whether the subject fits the proposed distribution network and editorial categories.
You provide
Business facts, announcement details, evidence, brand assets, and an authorised sign-off contact.
You receive
A recommended package, eligibility check, proposed scope, and any exclusions.
02The campaign plan
Agree the work before it begins.
The proposal defines the release count, news outlet quantity, editorial article quantity, audience fit, review rounds, schedule, and remedy for undelivered scope. Editorial publishers and topics are mapped before they are commissioned.
You approve
The package, publisher scope, placement types, link treatment, timing, and price.
You receive
A campaign scope you can check against the final handover.
03Writing & approval
Find the clearest version of your story.
We prepare the release and, where included, individual editorial articles. You check factual details, quotations, claims, destinations, and brand fit. Two consolidated revision rounds are included so feedback can be resolved together.
You approve
The final release, each editorial draft, and the approved publisher shortlist.
You receive
Publication-ready copy and a clear record of sign-off.
04Distribution & placement
Publish the approved work.
The release is distributed against the agreed network scope. Original editorial articles are commissioned for their approved publications. A publisher substitution requires approval; a queued or pending item is kept distinct from a live page.
We coordinate
Distribution, publisher requirements, publication status, and any approved alternatives.
You receive
Progress updates against the agreed schedule and scope.
05Verification & handover
Finish with evidence you can inspect.
We organise the publication URLs, article titles, type of placement, and observable disclosure or link details into separate news and editorial sections. Any missing items are identified and resolved against the written campaign terms.
We check
Live publication evidence and scope completion, followed by the included 30-day status check.
You receive
The report, final copy, publication references, and handover notes.
PLAN FOR THE WHOLE CAMPAIGN
Clear windows. Real approval time.
MEDIA FOUNDATION7–10business days after required approvals
250 news outlets · news distribution only
AUTHORITY ACCELERATOR14–21business days after required approvals
350 news outlets + 5 editorial articles
MARKET AUTHORITY21–30business days after required approvals

These are proposed delivery windows. Your campaign proposal confirms timing and checkpoints. The schedule begins when the brief, required information, and relevant approvals are complete; publisher review queues and late changes can affect it.
WORKING TOGETHER
A smoother campaign starts with a better brief.
What do you need from us to begin?
Your website, business description, target audience, announcement details, supporting evidence, an authorised spokesperson quote, approved assets, and a factual contact for sign-off. For editorial packages we also need the target pages and topics or exclusions. We do not need your website password.
Can I approve the websites and articles before publication?
Yes. You approve the press release and, for editorial packages, the publisher shortlist, topic map, and article drafts. Two consolidated rounds of draft revisions are included. Nothing should be commissioned outside the agreed scope without your approval. If a publisher becomes unavailable, an alternative must be approved before substitution.
When will my campaign be delivered?
The proposed windows are 7–10 business days for Media Foundation, 14–21 for Authority Accelerator, and 21–30 for Market Authority. Timing begins after the brief, approvals, and any required assets are complete. The written proposal confirms the schedule; sensitive topics, publisher queues, and late approvals can affect it.
What if an agreed publication cannot be delivered?
We identify the missing item rather than counting submissions as live placements. The campaign scope should provide for an approved equivalent replacement or a proportional credit/refund for an undelivered item. The allocation, review window, and remedy are confirmed in writing before purchase. Published work and approved writing already completed are treated separately.
