The agreed deliverables
Media Foundation includes one release and 250 news outlet publications. Authority Accelerator proposes one release, 350 news outlets, and 5 separately written editorial articles. Market Authority proposes one release, 500+ news outlets, and 15 separately written editorial articles.
Each campaign scope records the publisher inventory, counting method, release length, article length, revision allowance, publication types, link treatment, delivery timing, and exclusions. News syndication counts distinct publishing websites, with duplicate URLs on the same website counted once. It is reported separately from original articles.
Approval and changes
The release is approved before distribution. Editorial packages include approval of the shortlist, topics, and drafts. Two consolidated rounds of draft revisions are included. New announcements, extensive changes after sign-off, additional languages, premium named publishers, or extra articles require a separately accepted scope.
Price and third-party costs
The listed one-time USD prices are $297, $597, and $997. Standard placement fees, writing, review, coordination, and reporting are included within the agreed shortlist. Any taxes or exceptional charges are identified before purchase. There is no automatic renewal.
Timing
The delivery windows are 7–10, 14–21, and 21–30 business days respectively after required information and approvals are complete. Final scheduling is agreed in the proposal. A publisher queue, an eligibility review, or a delayed approval can affect timing and should be communicated.
Incomplete or unavailable publications
A pending submission is not counted as a live publication. If an agreed item becomes unavailable, the proposal should permit an approved equivalent alternative or a proportional remedy for undelivered scope. The monetary allocation, correction window, credit/refund method, and handling of completed writing must be agreed before payment. This page does not invent a blanket refund promise without those terms.
Post-publication checks and corrections
A 30-day publication status check is included in the campaign scope. Corrections and removal requests follow publisher procedures and cannot always be completed immediately. Publishers retain control of their websites; permanent availability is not promised. Any longer replacement or monitoring commitment must be specified in the final agreement.
Editorial disclosures and links
Commissioned or sponsored articles are described accurately and follow publisher disclosure policies. Paid links should be appropriately qualified. The campaign does not promise independently earned journalism, a dofollow attribute, ranking credit, an authority-score increase, indexation, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Eligibility and accurate claims
The client supplies accurate facts and authorises quotations, assets, and claims. Restricted or regulated subjects need an eligibility check and may require specialist review or be declined. A campaign should not publish unsupported claims or use a publisher badge in a way that implies an endorsement that did not occur.
Handover and privacy
The handover identifies actual publication URLs and status, with news and editorial separated. Content rights and any publisher-specific restrictions are set out in the agreement. Role-based access should be used where required; unnecessary account passwords are not requested.
