An article, not a copy-and-paste.
Each placement has its own approved angle and a 600–800 word draft. Your expertise, facts, and relevant destination page inform the piece. Repeating the same article fifteen times does not meet that scope.
Build on the announcement with original articles that explain your expertise, products, or point of view. Get 5 or 15 topic-led pieces on relevant, approved publications, with links you can share in your marketing.
The editorial element gives you original topic-led content, rather than more copies of the same press release.

The publication, its section, the readers, and the proposed topic are assessed together. We explain the fit in the shortlist so you can make an informed approval.
These are managed editorial-style placements and may be sponsored or contributed content. Publisher disclosure and link qualification are respected. Independently earned journalism is not implied.

For the five- and fifteen-article packages, the publisher shortlist is part of the approval process—not a surprise inside the final spreadsheet.
Read the publication standardsThe actual publishing domain, placement type, audience category, proposed section, and geographic or language fit.
The article angle, how your business is relevant to it, the proposed mention, and the intended destination page.
A review of topical consistency, recent publishing, content standards, observable audience indicators, and problematic content patterns.
Whether the placement is sponsored or contributed, the publisher’s link treatment, estimated timing, and any exceptional conditions.
Third-party authority and traffic estimates can help screen a website. They do not establish that your customers read it, that its traffic is relevant, or that an individual article will get visitors.
We do not promise an unverified DR floor, invent page-level readership, or describe every host as an “industry-leading publication.” Any metric included in a proposal should show its source and observation date.
How to evaluate a publisherThe shortlist may include specialist trade publications, business and technology titles, lifestyle sites, or established general-interest publications with an appropriate section. We assess the publication, section, audience, and proposed topic together. A home-services brand and a software business should not receive the same generic shortlist. Exact sites are confirmed in your campaign proposal, not implied by a blanket logo wall.
Understand editorial placementsRelevance is assessed at three levels: the publication’s readership, the section in which the article sits, and the article topic itself. Direct niche matches are preferred. A broader business publication may be suitable if its section and angle genuinely fit your audience. We explain that rationale in the shortlist; unrelated sites are not counted as an approved substitute.
Understand editorial placementsThe included editorial placements are commissioned or sponsored articles, subject to the publisher’s acceptance and disclosure rules. They should not be presented as independent endorsements. Unsolicited coverage from a journalist is a different service and is not included or guaranteed.
Understand editorial placementsAn editorial article can include a relevant, contextual link to the agreed page where the publisher permits it. Link destination, count, and attributes are confirmed against the shortlist before commissioning. We do not promise dofollow links or ranking credit. Paid links should use appropriate sponsored or nofollow qualification in line with the publisher’s policies and Google’s guidance.
Yes. You approve the press release and, for editorial packages, the publisher shortlist, topic map, and article drafts. Two consolidated rounds of draft revisions are included. Nothing should be commissioned outside the agreed scope without your approval. If a publisher becomes unavailable, an alternative must be approved before substitution.
Third-party publishers control their websites. A publication may change or remove a page, so “permanent forever” is not a claim we make. A 30-day status check is included. Removal and correction requests are handled under the written campaign terms; extended monitoring or replacement protection must be explicitly agreed.
